\nunannounced audits in the kitchens of your business, with our own independent staff, comprising experienced Chefs, specially trained on this specific type of audit.<\/p>\n

The kitchen staff, knowing that a \"Kitchen Audit\" programme is running and that an Auditor-Chef may visit the kitchen at all times, work with more attention and consistency on a daily basis.<\/p>\n

Our goal above all is to ensure the quality of the cleanliness, NOT the \"terrorism\" of an audit.<\/strong><\/p>\n
