Our company, following a consultation with you, performs regular
unannounced audits in the kitchens of your business, with our own independent staff, comprising experienced Chefs, specially trained on this specific type of audit.
The kitchen staff, knowing that a "Kitchen Audit" programme is running and that an Auditor-Chef may visit the kitchen at all times, work with more attention and consistency on a daily basis.
Our goal above all is to ensure the quality of the cleanliness, NOT the "terrorism" of an audit.
